Amy has 15 years experience working along side people with disabilities and has held a variety of leadership positions. Amy has a strong focus on client centred practice and loves to meet participants, hear about their experiences and ensure this informs service development. Amy believes empathy and respect is key to her work and is passionate about everyone living the life they choose.
Parth established Excellent Carers in 2018 after finding his passion for supporting people with disability in his local community. With a vast experience in healthcare and business Parth is dedicated to creating a team of people who are well supported and highly skilled to ensure a high quality service for our clients. Parth understands the importance of looking after his teams so they can continue to give 100% to our clients.
